Creamy Cucumber-Dill Dip

Add these bites of vegetables bursting with flavor to your next meal.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup fat-free, plain yogurt
  • 1/2 medium peeled, finely chopped cucumber
  • 2 Tbsp fresh, chopped dill (or 1 1/2 teaspoon dried dill)
  • 2 teaspoon minced onion

  1. In a small bowl combine all ingredients and stir well. Refrigerate prior to serving.
  2. Use this dip for fresh veggie sticks (bell pepper slices, sliced squash, baby carrots, celery sticks, etc.) or as a creamy topping for grilled salmon or chicken.

Tip: 2 tablespoons per serving
