Health Care Access & Quality
Overcoming barriers to high-quality, affordable, accessible health care that is age, gender and culturally appropriate.
Food Security
Increasing access to healthy, affordable food via sustainable farming, mobile markets, food hubs, food as medicine and more.
Economic Empowerment
Promoting economic health through job creation, skill upleveling, banking access, financial literacy, violence prevention, housing support and more.

We direct the type and size of funding based on community needs, program deliverables, reach and issue-specific measures. Occasionally, we combine different funding instruments to help organizations achieve their goals.
Funding Opportunities Now Open
We’re looking for organizations that are translating evidence-based science research and clinical know-how into solutions that address health care access and quality, food security, economic empowerment or a combination of these three social drivers of health.
For-profit and nonprofit organizations are eligible to apply for funding from the Social Impact Funds. For geographic-specific opportunities, applicants must be local to the community.

Fighting Food Insecurity
Applications for solutions to food insecurity are accepted year-round as we work together with the ÌÇÐÄVlog’s national efforts to build a future of healthy eating.
Special Initiative: Loneliness & Isolation
Applications for projects and programs that address isolation and loneliness in older adults and support for caregivers are accepted year-round.

Igniting impact by accelerating health equity focused founders through remote training and grant opportunities.
